What we teach in Interpersonal Skills

Empathy

Listening Skills

Interpersonal Effectiveness

Being good at getting along with people. It's about using your communication and relationship skills to interact well with others and work together smoothly. This skill helps you build positive connections and achieve your goals while respecting others.

Handling Disputes

Knowing how to deal with arguments or disagreements. It means finding ways to solve problems and conflicts peacefully, without hurting anyone's feelings. This skill helps you keep relationships strong and avoid fights.It's important for making life more peaceful.

Managing Relationships

Knowing how to handle your connections with people. It's about nurturing and maintaining healthy friendships and partnerships. These skills help you build trust, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts when they arise.

Confident Communication

Speaking and expressing yourself with self-assurance, self-confidence and clarity. It's about feeling sure of what you want to say and how to say it. This skill helps you share your thoughts, ideas, and feelings effectively, making others more likely to listen and understand you.
